Sakebo, directed by Jean-Claude Lessou, is the performance group of dancers and drummers from African Dance Austin. We offer a high-energy, cultural experience for audiences of all ages, and we perform for churches, schools, fundraisers and private parties in and around Austin.

Sakebo performed at the TDS Exotic Game Ranch to support the great work of the Round Rock Service Center.
Leander - March 2009
Jean-Claude Lessou choreographed this entire dance and drum performance, which features dancers and drummers from Sakebo in the first part of the show. The second group of dancers are Leander High School students from Austin Dance Works.
