Everyone Welcome!
Get a fast-paced, high-energy workout for your body and soul. Learn traditional West African dance in our regular weekly classes and special guest workshops. All classes feature live drumming! Whether you've been dancing your whole life or just want a fun new workout, come check it out. No dance experience required. Just wear something comfortable and get ready to sweat!
